I ended up renting with Paul and Debbie for a 3-month summer lease (2021) after numerous others tours, and hours of trying to find houses, and I am so happy that I did. Eldred Farm was the most affordable, easy going option in my opinion. The rent was a fair price and all utilities are included. The house is well maintained, clean, and all of the rooms are equally about the same size which give everyone plenty of space. Paul & Debbie were very accommodating to any issue or any needs, especially if you locked yourself out of your room! It was nice knowing that they would be a phone call away willing to help you. I loved living here and would definitely consider renting here again for future summer leases.Shannon Simmmons

Living in Eldred Farm was such a great memory. I lived with my two friends and we had a wonderful experience. Eldred Farm is a beautiful cul de sac in a set back quiet area. A short drive to the beaches in Narragansett! We loved having the URI emporium next door whenever we wanted to grab food! It was so nice having Debbie the property manager on site so she was able to assist us whenever we needed. Whenever something was broken or we needed it to be looked at, Paul sent someone over the same day. We loved our Eldred Farm house and we're sad our lease had to end! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the South Kingstown area!

For the past five years we have enjoyed spending our summer months at Eldred Farm. For the first two years we resided at 45 Eldred Farm Road and the last 3 years at 59. The cottages are well equipped and maintained. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the wildlife. Its close proximity to the University of Rhode Island allowed us to take walks throughout the beautiful campus. We look forward to spending more summers at our home away from home.
